Your PizzaBot account
Every PizzaBot product is managed from one place: the console at app.pizzabot.io. Stores, products, tablets, billing, and support all live there. The tablets in your stores check in with it every few minutes and take their settings and content from it.
Getting an account
Section titled “Getting an account”Accounts are set up by PizzaBot, not by a sign-up form. When your franchise comes on board we create it, add your stores, and send the owner an invitation by email. The link opens a welcome page where you choose a password. From then on you sign in at app.pizzabot.io with that email and password, and Forgot your password? on the sign-in page resets it.
If you have not been invited yet, contact us.
Who can sign in
Section titled “Who can sign in”The owner invites everyone else from the Team page. Each person gets a role:
| Role | What it can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing and inviting or removing people |
| Billing | Start or change the subscription, see invoices |
| Manager | Turn products on and off per store, pair tablets, manage devices, send content and settings, set the manager PIN |
| Viewer | Read only |
Team members also see Store Planner. Crew accounts for PizzaBot HQ are managed inside HQ, not here.
