Getting started with PizzaBot HQ

PizzaBot HQ is the back office for a multi-store franchise. Managers build and publish schedules, review applications, keep employee records, and run training. HQ also creates and manages your company’s Discord server so schedules and announcements reach the crew where they already are.

HQ runs in production for our own franchise today. Onboarding for additional franchises opens after vendor security review. Contact us to get on the list.

Data handling

HQ stores employee personal data. It is hosted with per-franchise isolation, backed up nightly to encrypted storage, and never used for anything other than running your franchise. A full data handling summary is available on request for franchisor vendor review.
